The platform provides services to candidates from Morocco wishing to work in Germany, including: profile creation, document upload, submission to specialized employer platforms, paid services such as interview scheduling, interview preparation training, contract negotiations, and visa processing.

Paid services can be cancelled before use according to platform terms. No refunds are issued after service commencement or contract signing unless otherwise agreed. Customers have 7 full days to exercise their right of withdrawal, and 30 days for their right of return. If the supplier fails to comply, they must refund the full amount within 15 days under penalty of accruing interest. Legal basis: Articles 36, 37 & 38, Consumer Protection Law.
